The album was the first without founding member and rhythm guitarist Malcolm Young, who had to leave the band due to health issues related to dementia. His nephew, Stevie Young, took over rhythm guitar duties. It is particularly respected for how it handled the transition period in AC/DC's history, maintaining the band's iconic sound even amidst significant personal and professional challenges.
