JWrayRecords is a dropshipping webstore. Our Business doesn’t keep all of our products it sells in stock. 
We recommend buyers to check our estimated shipping dates on our product page prior to purchase.

We aim to ship all purchases within 3-4 weeks of payment being made.  Please note this excludes pre-orders or items with a specific lead time.

We make use of Australia's vast network of courier and postal services with our main point of use being Australia Post.

Vinyl record shipping includes tracking details to ensure you have the ability to monitor your delivery to its final destination and to provide you with reassurance.

Local Pick Up option is available at check up - Collection is in Victoria.

If your enquiry is regarding your order, please ensure to include your order number and/or the name your order was placed under.

Return to Sender

On rare occasions items are returned to sender, due to being unsafe to leave or a failure to collect from the local collection point within the allocated time period. In these circumstances a redelivery fee is incurred for your item to be resent to a suitable address.
